This is the first post of this blog. In this post I'll explain why the things are the way they are. First of all, the letters not being capital letters at the beggining of sentences. I made it like that because I think the design looks cooler. The name Afghanka, comes from a Soviet uniform called the M88 Afghanka. The Icon of the site is a Soviet SSH-68 helmet. I chose to name it "the Afghanka blog" because the Afghanka was used in the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan from 1979 to 1989 and the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan is also one of the few Cold War events I larp and I like Soviet Cold War gear so that's why I named this blog "the Afghanka blog". On this blog I'll mostly post my uniforms and kits. Do no yell at me if they are innacurate, friendly reminder that most of my kits are budget kits and I am not a banker.
